We employ a PlaneWave 1000 telescope at Apache Point Observatory. The 1-meter telescope is an alt-az, f/6 with a corrected Dall-Kirkham optical design. It has an integrated direct drive mount system.

Installation was completed on January 17, and initial testing was carried out on January 18, 2024. In the photos you see PW employees Josh, Alex, and Colin.
