I just started my second year as a graduate student in the Department of Astronomy at NMSU.
I got my B.A. in Physics with a specialization in Astrophysics at the
University of Chicago in 2007.
At UChicago, I worked with the VERITAS
high energy astrophysics group. At NMSU, I am researching galaxy evolution and formation through
studies of gaseous halo kinematics and the interstellar medium.
This summer, I spent six weeks at the
Australia Telescope National Facility in Marsfield, a suburb of
Sydney, Australia. It was awesome!
What's new?
Where am I?
Check out some of my travel pics from China and Sydney.
