Astronomy Teaching Assistant
While at NMSU I have served as a graduate teaching assistant for ASTR 110, 301, 205, and 308. I have also acted as Head TA multiple times, training new TAs on the corses and their responsibilites as a TA. I have also served as the observatory TA, managing the on-campus observatory used for ASTR 110. For the 100 level courses I taught a lab section meeting once a week in addition to grading all corsework. For the 300 level courses I would assist in lectures, including giving several of them, in addition to completing all grading.
