Registration and Abstract Submission
You will register for SPD 2011 online at the AAS registration site. The deadline by which to do so online is June 1, 2011. You also may pay your abstract fee ($30 each) when you are registering for oral and poster presentations. You will also be able to book activities such as the banquet and the excursion (same price irregardless of membership), so you may want to review those options here before completing your registration. Once you have paid the abstract fee, please submit your abstract. Member registrationMembers are allowed to submit up to 5 abstracts, with a limit of 1 oral presentation.StudentsUndergraduate and graduate students (members and non-members) are encouraged to apply for studentship awards to help defray your meeting costs. The deadline for application is March 18. You will be notified by March 25 of the decision, giving you ample time to submit an abstract thereafter.Non-member registrationNon-members are permitted only 1 abstract submission.
