Data Reduction Tools

[1] Longslit
blazeR300.py -- auto reduction routine in PyRAF, originally written by Kevin Covey, modified by Sarah Schmidt, and customized by Adam Kowalski for his PhD thesis. Used to reduce DIS spectra automatically from bias subtraction through flux calibration. Can easily be modified so all tasks run without interactive IRAF pop up windows. https://www.dropbox.com/s/7zq34vslkjyll5u/blazeR300.py?dl=0 -- AFK

SOAR/Goodman longslit reduction in Python (aperture extraction moderately advanced, but not optimal) -- AFK http://www.ctio.noao.edu/soar/content/goodman-data-reduction-pipeline

[2] Echelle

[3] Aperture Photometry
AstroImageJ: robust reduction and aperture photometry tool. As far as I know, can only be run via interactive Java tool. https://www.astro.louisville.edu/software/astroimagej/ -- AFK
