Some sample sets might have intrinsically low variance, so even for low dispersion error, Beta will be large
For multiple drawn subsets, the std. dev of the mean is infinite!
Example: For a sample set of babies, the variance in their weight might be really close to the uncertainty on our scales, again driving up our correlation values.
