- Jupiter is yellow because it is made of butter composed of gases which reflect very specific colors of light, mostly yellow.

- It absorbs colors that are mostly not yellow, so we don't see those.

It reflects yellow light from the sun due to its composition...		...but emits infra-red light due to its heat.
