Research

We are involved in research in solar astronomy specializing in helioseismology, stellar astronomy, including asteroseismology, stellar populations, cataclysmic variables, and detection and characterization of extra-solar planets. We have access to many observational resources at NMSU that are described in detail here. Most, if not all, of the topics of research involve significant graduate student involvement.
