Data products, although still in a beta stage, are
available via the WWW at
http://ganymede.nmsu.edu/lg
(upon completion of the project, this will be mirrored at
at least one other location). The WWW interface provides:
- a summary table of the number of fields found in the HST archive
around each galaxy, divided into our three priority categories
- for each galaxy, a DSS finder chart that shows the location of
the HST fields, and summary exposure information for each field
- for each field:
- a DSS finder chart, a single-color mosaic (usually from F555W)
of the HST data
- a link directly into the frames for this field in the HST
archive, which shows more detailed information about the exposures
and allows users to directly request the raw images
- a link to the summary photometry output file, as well as the
detailed output file produced by HSTPHOT
- a link to a file with the fake star information
- links to combined images through each filter. If the field was
dithered, there will be a combined image at each sub-pointing
- a color-magnitude diagram
- a link to a quality assurance page, which gives graphical display of:
- aperture corrections
- difference between small aperture and PSF photometry
- completeness plots derived from the artificial star
experiments
- summary of information on systematic photometric errors
as derived from the artificial star experiments
