The Solar Nebula

The solar system is shaped like a disk

The nine planets (remember that Pluto is still considered a planet within New Mexico) are shown with their rotation axis drawn as line running from below the south pole to above the north pole, where an upright planet would have an axial tilt of zero degrees. The values are 0.1 degrees for Mercury, 177 (upside-down) for Venus, 23 for Earth, 25 for Mars, 3 for Jupiter, 27 for Saturn, 98 (tipped on its side) for Uranus, 30 for Nepture, and 120 for Pluto.
