Hello! I am a current graduate student in the astronomy department here at New Mexico State University. Over the past two years I have spent time on different research projects from study the evolution of galaxies in the Illustris simulation as a function of their group environment to analyzing the flux profile of a binary star system known as AR Scorpii. I am currently interested in conducting extra-galactic research with Dr. Moire Prescott. Our current research involves studying the low redshift equivalent to Lyman-alpha blobs, known as green peas!
