Per the email I sent to each of you, here are the files to download
for the midterm exam. The files are Word Documents (.doc). The first
file contains the instructions. Read carefully. The midterm is in
two files, Part I and Part II.

Exam1-pt2-2007.doc Part II of Exam.
Please contact me via email if you have trouble downloading and
editing these files. When you email the Exam back to me. Please send
the two Word documents (Part I and Part II) as attachments in the
