Doppler vel = -12.78

Note that the actual value of the feature will be shifted to slightly longer wavelengths for
the day side and slightly shorter wavlengths for the night side as there is a Doppler shift 
to the clouds, which are moving in the same direction as Venus for the day side and in the 
opposite direction for the nightside.

There's a peak at 3914.07, which could be the 3914.15 peak doppler shifted.  The winds would 
be moving towards Earth, so the feature should have a slightly longer wavelength.  However,
the slit was not on the limb, so this adjustment will be very small, if present at all.

There was a random spike at 5199.4, but it was only in exposure 22, not in the rest, which
leads me to believe it is not real.

Looks like the terrestrail feature is present, but I'm not seeing a spike for the Venusian,
but the data should be fully analyzed to be sure.
