   * ASPEN - Work on the Atmospheric Dispersion Corrector is proceeding as it will be used with ARCES even before ASPEN is completed. The ASPEN Preliminary Design Review is scheduled for later this month. This will be an important milestone in refining and finalizing the instrument design.
